Integration of talent and resources raises the bar on the delivery of patient-centered ENT care
(BUFFALO, N.Y.) – Ear, nose and throat (ENT) care in Western New York has taken an important step forward, as some of the area’s leading otolaryngologists have come together to improve the quality and accessibility of ENT care across the region.
Ear, Nose and Throat Care of Western New York, the practice of Dr. Raymond Paolini, has merged with Western New York Ear, Nose & Throat, led by physicians Dr. Michael Cipolla and Dr. Natalka Stachiw.
The new combined practice will operate under the Western New York Ear, Nose & Throat (WNY ENT) brand, which was established in 1988.
“I am very excited to team with Drs. Cipolla and Stachiw to deliver the finest ENT care to patients across Western New York,” Dr. Paolini said.
WNY ENT remains 100% physician owned and operated by the physicians who provide the patient care.
“We believe very strongly that being physician owned, we are best able to provide patients with the care they need and the attention they deserve,” said Dr. Cipolla. “Ultimately, it allows us to treat our patients like they’re members of our own families.”
Through the merger of the two practices, the WNY ENT team will now be able to serve the entire region – from the northtowns, the base of Dr. Paolini’s practice, to the southtowns, where Drs. Cipolla and Stachiw have maintained their office. Going forward, the “new” WNY ENT will provide comprehensive ENT care to patients of all ages, including in-office procedures, audiology and allergy services through three offices in these communities:

- Lockport – 37 Professional Parkway
